Title explains it all. The chatbox should be appearing to any and all registered members. If you do not see the chatbox at the bottom of the homepage please report it here! I will try to fix the problem.

If you are not logged in and are considered as a guest, but can still see the Chatbox please Screen Shot it and let me know! As far as I know the chatbox is functional and no errors should occur.
