Title explains it all. The chatbox should be appearing to any and all registered members. If you do not see the chatbox at the bottom of the homepage please report it here! I will try to fix the problem.

If you are not logged in and are considered as a guest, but can still see the Chatbox please Screen Shot it and let me know! As far as I know the chatbox is functional and no errors...

I was not able to finish this forum within the Winter Break, although I did begin to work on pretty much in the middle of the last week. School begins tomorrow and I will have less time to work on the website.
